Rich S. has ordered 3000 brochures at a cost of approx. $2500. These booklets will be ready for the Toronto Bike Show.

ACTION ITEM Rich S. to look into Capital Budget information for next meeting.

  1. Toronto Bike Show

Greg’s list needs to be updated regarding having Committee members at the booth.  The following is still needed.

    • Booth set on Friday
    • Dismantle booth on Sunday
    • Tourism materials to be pick-up from the tourist office

It was suggested that we have pens and note pad available at the show for questions, remarks or any noteworthy ideas.

As this discussion progressed more volunteers made themselves available for the Bike Show. I am not sure what timeslots were filled. An updated list will be coming out shortly via e-mail. Please make yourself available. It really is a lot of fun.
